DESCRIPTION:O Ciclo de Conferências “Como Dialogar com quem não quer ouvir: para lá da polarização e da desinformação” promove uma reflexão sobre temas como a confiança na ciência\, a polarização política\, e a desinformação. Com uma periodicidade mensal\, as conferências têm lugar à segunda-feira ao final da tarde e são de acesso livre e gratuito\, tendo lugar via Zoom e sendo transmitidas em direto no canal YouTube do Seminário de Jovens Cientistas. \nPara a participação nas sessões Zoom é necessário registo prévio. \nO ciclo é uma iniciativa do Seminário de Jovens Cientistas (SJC) da Academia das Ciências de Lisboa\, em colaboração com o Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biológica António Xavier\, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (ITQB NOVA) e o Centro de Estudos Clássicos e Humanísticos\, Universidade de Coimbra (CECH-UC). \nEsta iniciativa terá como objetivo apresentar um conjunto de visões para analisar a forma como estes problemas estão interligados e promover estratégias para fomentar um diálogo construtivo. \nPrograma\n13 de dezembro\,17h\nDemocracia\, Ciência e Polarização Política\nRenato J. SUMMARY:International Networking Event for CSOs Engaged on Migration & International Protection Issues
DESCRIPTION:Researchers are invited to participate in a 2-day networking event designed to strengthened relationships between CSOs in Turkey and similar CSOs in countries of ‘origin’ ‘transit’ or ‘target’ of migrants. \nThe event will be held at Point Hotel Barbaros in Istanbul\, with international and local travel and accommodation provided by this project. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 50 participants\, with half coming from Turkey.
