DESCRIPTION:A sessão propõe um novo olhar sobre o mundo das organizações e do comportamento organizacional (em baixo encontram uma breve sinopse dos conteúdos da sessão) e será dinamizada por Alexandra Mendes (Doutoranda em Gestão de Recursos Humanos na FEP e Professora Assistente Convidada no ISCET). \nSinopse\nOrganizational theatre represents an important source of analytical insights for a better understanding of organizing and its inherent individual and social behaviours. Theatre can have different perspectives depending on the unit of analysis that is considered – the organization or the individual. It can be considered as “work-is-theatre” (a literal phenomenon)\, “work-as-theatre” (a metaphor)\, and “theatre in organizations” (instrumental)\, being a mirror\, a lens\, or an instrument for organizational life.
