Sinopse
Organizational theatre represents an important source of analytical insights for a better understanding of organizing and its inherent individual and social behaviours. Theatre can have different perspectives depending on the unit of analysis that is considered – the organization or the individual. It can be considered as “work-is-theatre” (a literal phenomenon), “work-as-theatre” (a metaphor), and “theatre in organizations” (instrumental), being a mirror, a lens, or an instrument for organizational life.
