Workshop “Western Balkan betweenEU, Russia and China”

The main goal of this workshop is to provide deeper understanding and historical, political and geopolitical background about Western Balkan. Today EU, Russia and China compete for influence in this region, while future membership in the EU for Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo is put on hold.

The Workshop is intended for all whose area of interest include EU foreign and enlargement policy, from academics to members of European and national parliament, political and geopolitical analysts focusing on growing presence and influence of China and Russia in the Europe.

The program is structured around specific topics based on analysis of actual geopolitical situation in the Western Balkan and include analysis of specific political, economic and military influence of the key actors, Russia, China, Germany, France, UK, USA in each Western Balkan country. After presentation of the each topic there will be reserved time for discussion and questions.
